2. I'll reply to you asap through email to confirm that the item is available (has not been reserved). If the item is available, I'll let you know to make the payment within 3 working days. Bear in mind the item can only be reserved for 3 days.

3. Payment can be paid to any of my bank accounts i.e.

Once the payment is cleared into my account, I'll send the item asap. I advise you to make the payment through Paypal which is secure and fast. Through this method, you can pay using any of your debit or credit cards. Please note that if you are using Paypal you will need to pay additional 3.5% on top of the listing price.

Delivery

• All orders will be sent out using Royal Mail UK Standard Delivery. Delivery fee is already included in the listing price.

STANDARD DELIVERY (Airmail small packets)
• Most parcels will be delivered from UK to Malaysia within 5-10 working days.

SPECIAL DELIVERY (International Signed For)
You can opt for Special Delivery if you want a guarantee that your parcel to arrive safely(signature is required to confirm that you have received it). We recommend you to take this type of delivery for any purchases more than RM500. Additional postage fee will be charged for this service as follows;

Purchase less than RM250 = additional charge is RM25
Purchase more than RM250 = additional charge is RM35

• Most parcels will be delivered from UK to Malaysia within 5-10 working days.
• You can track the parcel online.
• Signature is required to confirm that you have received the parcel.
• If you are not available to take delivery of your parcel the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how to arrange re-delivery or collection pick up.

• UK ShoPPe also provides special order services where you decide to buy anything that you want in the UK and UK ShoPPe will sort it out for you.
• For any special order services, we will only take commision on the orders. The commision will be based on the size, weight and quantity.
• Bear in mind that you also need to include postage fee or shipment fee from UK to Malaysia and that will depend on the size, weight and quantity of the items. Maybe you will also need to pay the delivery fee from the online shop in the UK to our address in the UK.(some of the companies provide free delivery)
• There are two types of special order services:

1.If you want to buy any products via UK website - the commision will vary from £5-£50 depending on the size,weight and quantity. For this type of services,UK ShoPPe will help you to buy them via online and send it to your home. The other way is, you buy it online and they post it to us and we will send it to your home.

2.If you want us to find anything for you in the UK market i.e. from the high street store/shop/retail outlet/factory - the commision will vary from £5-£50 depending on the size, weight and quantity plus the petrol charge. The petrol charge will be determined based on the distance of the shop. For this type of services, UK ShoPPe will help you to buy via online or from the shop and send it to your home.

Postage Fees for Small and Light Items
• For small and light items, the items will be sent through airmail and you will need to pay for the postage cost.
• Postage cost depending on the weight of the items:
up to 100g = RM15
101 - 200g = RM25
201 - 300g = RM30
301 - 400g = RM35
401 - 500g = RM45

• All orders will be sent directly to you door by Royal Mail Standard Delivery (Airmail Small packets).
• If you want your items to be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery (International Signed For) for security purposes, see the additional fees in the delivery box shown above.

Shipment Fees for Big and Heavy Items
• For all big and heavy items, the items will be sent through shipment and you will need to pay for the shipment cost.
• Shipment cost:
For small box = RM150
For big box = RM200
• All shipment will be sent directly to you door.
• You can add as many items as you wish in the box as long as it fits in the box! And also you can even share with your friends to save the cost!
